Not at all. Many people aren't sure how to describe what they've experienced. You may simply know that something about your religious or spiritual experiences continues to affect your relationships, sense of self, emotions, or ability to trust. Whether you identify with terms like religious trauma, spiritual harm, deconstruction, or none of those at all, therapy offers a space to explore your experiences without pressure to label them.

At this time, In-Between Therapy offers virtual psychotherapy services for individuals 18+ living in Ontario. In-person sessions are not currently available.
